R0045: As Common Name of the Distinguished Name in X.509 certificates an SDC PARTICIPANT SHOULD use the PRIMARY UDI of the POC MEDICAL DEVICE in UUIDv5 form as described in Clause 7.5.

• R0045 makes the definition of white & blacklists for access control manageable easily because you can calculate the white or blacklist entry without retrieving data from the SDC PARTICIPANT.
